It’s Friday so that means a celebrity street style piece! This week features some of my favorite outfits, some I already wear and others more feminine looks that I can only aspire to have a reason to wear. This week we have Selena Li (李诗韵), Gigi Leung (梁詠琪), and Cecilia Cheung (张柏芝).

Selena Li’s Fancy Brunch Look

Having voluntarily reduced her workload with TVB, Selena was spotted with her dog, Snowy, in a navy stripes A-line dress and a medium blue open coat that blended in seamlessly with her dress. Her choice of shoes came as a surprise: rose gold platform sneakers!

She accessorized her outfit with super cool aviator sunnies and wrapped her hair in a high bun. This is definitely a fancy brunch or high tea look.

Appearing for another charity event, Gigi doesn’t need to impress with any cleavage or pretentiousness because her philanthropic actions speaks for itself. Pairing a white tee with skinny denim and white flats, comfort is definitely key for the new mother. But the piece I can’t take my eyes off of is how snuggly her beige-stripped drapey wool coat is.

Cecilia Cheung’s Airport Look

Cecilia’s busy schedule still allows her to stroll through the airport gates with fashionable wear. On this day, she was spotted in black denim and a striped tee, but these simple basic pieces was paired with a black fringe suede jacket and orange red medium shoulder bag. Aviator sunnies and earphones are probably an attempt to escape the paparazzi, but it’s hard to not pop with the color of her bag.

Cecilia’s Inspired Look

Even though the suede jacket might not be as classic as the leather jacket, I’m really loving the suede trend outside of music festivals and the whole indie scene that comes with it. I appreciate how it’s thinner and more loose than a heavily, structured leather piece for everyday wear. The free spirit side in me this year also makes me really want to by something as whimsical as fringe.

What do you think?

Would you wear any of these looks? Are any of these your style?
