This Friday we bring back another round of Hong Kong celebrity street style from our two petite fashionistas, Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) and Natalie Tong (唐诗咏). Of course, I can’t stop starring at Kary Ng’s (吴雨霏) style lately even though I have no where special to go to channel that inner badass that reflects in her outfits. Boo, dammit.
Kary Ng’s Chiffon Cardigan
Kary is the epitome of a minimalistic, badass chic fashionista and she continues to blow us away with unusual pieces in her wardrobe every week. There is no reason she isn’t an AF favorite. For this occasion, she paired a black chiffon top with black coated jeans and peep-toe ankle boots. The highlight piece is her dark emerald chiffon kimono cardigan. Surprised that it’s almost all black everything for her again? Don’t be. Check out this and this.

Katy Kung’s Trailing Tassels Top
Katy’s outfit is classic with a hint of badass in her black leather lace-up shoes. These bad boys are unique in that they are shaped like a sneaker, but has that elevated platform height and leather coat. Not quite an ankle bootie yet, but more than a sneaker. While the shoes are less than decisive and unusual, there is nothing better to show off her those shoes than with perfectly-tailored pair of black jeans. Her cream-colored top is simple, but the trailing tassels can definitely be longer!
If you like clean lines, this is your kind of outfit. But always, add some fringe or tassels if you are in a whimsical mood.

Natalie Tong’s Bell-Sleeve Dress
Despite having a petite figure, I applaud Natalie’s attempt to always experiment with styles and trends that challenge her. As she ages, her fashion sense has become more refined. On this day, she was spotted in a black bell-sleeve dress. I’m absolutely drawn to the idea of the bell-sleeve loose-fitting dresses that have been in for a few seasons already. They are loose enough to be comfortable to wear everyday (and even for lounging), but dressy enough that it shows you have tried.
I guess when you’ll dating someone as silly as Tony Hung you really can’t take yourself too seriously. Channeling your inner free spirit is definitely one way to go about it. 😉
Natalie knows her height limitations and paired her dress with a pair of black Mary Jane platform pumps. While platforms are too much for a daily troll, the Mary Jane style is back in style! The red lip, starfish-shaped earrings, and mellow smile is very on point.
