Back in 2011, for the TVB Anniversary, Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) sported a Tinkerbell inspired white silky gown for it’s red carpet. With her curled long hair slightly dyed red, she completed the look with a red lip, creating an overall glamorous look. Recently, in April, for the 2nd Beijing International Film Festival, Hong Kong model Angelababy strolled the red carpet in a similar evening gown. With her hair pulled up in a bun and her lips a nude pink, she resembled a model on the runway. Unlike Linda who chose big-sized dangling gold earrings, Angelababy paired the evening gown with a simple, yet elegant diamond necklace.
Jue: Can’t help but feel that this gown suits Angelababy’s sweetness and Linda’s innocence. It’s elegant with a young vibe.
Both actresses pulled off the look well. It’s a matter of personal preference whether you’ll want a red lip and glamourous hair like Linda or something simple, refreshing, and sleek like Angelababy. Which do you prefer?
